If you're really new to yoga, just tell Mary at the start of class. She teaches the popular beginner-series at Chi with Shannon. Mary's all-smiles and very funny and LOVES getting folks deeper into their practice, so it's totally an easygoing, no-pressure time with a side of spirit. Give it a try before the prices go up! Yes, after labor day our $5 classes go to $10 - that's a lot of yoga-space to keep the lights (and AC) on - but we're still shooting for the best yoga value in town!
