Traditional Thai Massage at CHI Dallas
Introducing Eric Roberts, LMT. Eric will be offering the ancient and sacred art of Traditional Lanna-Style Thai Massage here in Dallas. Thai Massage, like Yoga, has an ancestry in Ayurvedic Medicine. It incorporates the knowledge of the body’s movement patterns along the Sen lines into an actual hands-on therapeutic practice, while assisting in the stretching and mind-body balancing that Yoga is so commonly known for. There is no greater complement to a healthy Yoga practice in breaking down the barriers that restrict the energy flow and movement of the body and mind than Thai Massage. It is performed on a fully clothed client, on a mat on the floor.
After almost 10 years of advanced massage practice, Eric traveled to Hong Dong, Thailand, to study Thai Massage through world-renowned Master Teacher, Pichest Boonthume, whose students have gone on to create programs like The Sacred Art of Thai Massage here in Dallas and even the Thai Massage program at 10,000 Waves in Santa Fe. Eric is Available by appointment only, so if you have any questions, or you would like to schedule your session, please contact him directly at 469-583-6156, or email him at ecroberts78@yahoo.com.

Longevity Breathing Workshop Oct. 24th
Led by Aaron Green
Saturday, October 24th, 12-1pm Cost: $25
Breathing is so essential, every aspect of a person can be improved with the better breathing habits taught in this workshop. You will learn simple and effective ways to improve both your breath’s quality and quantity.
Western and Eastern medical practitioners consider good breathing habits to be essential components of health. Longevity Breathing goes beyond increasing oxygen capacity, and helps you rejuvenate not only your lungs but also all your internal organs. It improves circulation, increases performance and reduces stress. It helps you cope with fear and anger. Longevity Breathing can help alleviate cardiopulmonary problems, emphysema and asthma. It improves mental focus and critical thinking skills.
The fact that a person can go weeks without food, days without water, yet only minutes without air, only emphasizes how important breathing is. And since you are going to be using your breathing for the rest of your life, it only makes sense to learn how to do it well.
For more information contact Aaron Green by email.
